Job Summary Lead and develop the Quantity Surveying team to achieve project and financial goals through effective contract management, cost control, and strategic collaboration with stakeholders. Responsibilities Lead and develop the Quantity Surveying team by setting clear goals and driving performance to meet project and financial objectives Manage project profit and loss by administering contracts and controlling costs to achieve financial targets Establish and monitor QS and contract management processes to enhance operational efficiency and optimize resource allocation Negotiate and settle contractual and cost-related matters while mitigating risks and ensuring compliance with contract terms Apply construction law expertise to provide strategic contract leadership and collaborate effectively with project teams, clients, and stakeholders Required competencies and certifications Degree in a relevant Civil, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying discipline Proven experience in major LTA project Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in cost estimation, tendering, procurement, and contract administration for construction projects Proficient in quantity take-offs, cost calculations, and relevant construction software @ mingyan@staffhub.com
