Maintain and update the alumni database to support effective outreach and engagement initiatives. Plan, coordinate, and execute local and overseas alumni engagement events and networking activities. Manage alumni-related digital content, including social media platforms and website updates. Develop and promote alumni success stories, achievements, and community highlights. Monitor programme effectiveness, prepare reports, manage budgets, and recommend improvements based on feedback and best practices. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to strengthen alumni relations, support career opportunities, lifelong learning initiatives, and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
