Summary: Industry: Chemical (Coating) 5 day / Office Hours Location: West Basic: $6800 + AWS + VB Responsibilities: Monitor and evaluate plant processes through data collection and analysis to drive safe, cost-effective production optimizations. Lead process troubleshooting, root-cause investigations, and implement corrective actions to enhance operational reliability. Take an active role in project execution, including pre-commissioning equipment checks and start-up activities, with the potential to lead project teams. Champion Operational Excellence by developing comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and targeted training programs to upskill production team members. Requirements: Degree in Chemical Engineering.  At least 3 years’ experience in process engineering and working in a chemical plant.
