Cleanroom Technician - No Experience Welcome

Location: Sembawang / Woodlands Monday - Friday: 8.30AM - 5.30PM / Rotating Shifts This organization specializes in precision cleaning, surface treatment, and contamination-controlled services for high-specification industrial components. Operating in cleanroom environments, it supports manufacturing sectors that require strict quality, safety, and reliability standards, ensuring components meet exacting customer and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Perform precision cleaning of parts using approved solvents (e.g. IPA), abrasive pads, and manual polishing methods Handle aluminum, stainless steel, and ceramic components at chemical wet bench areas Prepare sample kits, cleanroom packaging, and boxing of parts for shipment Conduct in-process inspections to ensure parts remain in good condition throughout cleaning Safely handle, use, and dispose of chemicals according to safety guidelines Mask parts accurately for bead-blasting and other specialized processes when required Update spreadsheets and basic records to track production and quality data Maintain strong 6S housekeeping standards and safe work practices at all times Support multitasking across workstations and assist with ad-hoc operational tasks Participate in quality, safety, and training programs, and promptly identify deviations from quality standards Requirements Minimum Nitec Able to handle Chemical Open to Cleanroom environment HOW TO APPLY: Interested applicants, please click on “Apply Now”.
