Network Engineer

The role involves providing Level 2 onsite support for Palo Alto NGFW and Datacom network infrastructure, ensuring timely incident resolution and service restoration within SLAs. Responsibilities include troubleshooting security and network incidents, managing firewall policies, performing configuration updates, and troubleshooting Datacom switching and routing issues. Candidates must have a background in network security operations or enterprise campus environments with a minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing Palo Alto firewalls and strong knowledge of Datacom switching and routing technologies. Experience with firewall policy management, VPN configuration, and incident troubleshooting is required, along with strong documentation and communication skills.
