Account Manager (Jr 12330)

Job Summary: ST is seeking a high-performing Account Manager to drive growth within strategic Data Center and Cloud Infrastructure accounts. This role focuses on managing existing customer relationships, developing new opportunities, and executing account strategies across hyperscalers, enterprise, and OEM environments. You will work closely with adynamic sales team and cross-functional partners to contribute to rapid business growth, while enabling customer success through consultative engagement and technical collaboration. Key Responsibilities Provide support to existing and new customers as well as data center ecosystem partners located in Asia including Malaysia, Korea, Singapore and India. Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for new & key strategic accounts. Build and maintain strong customer relationships across all levels, from executive leadership to engineering and operations. Drive design-in and design-win activities, collaborating with customer engineering teams and ST product groups. Partner with marketing and business units to coordinate product line strategy and opportunity development. Analyze and communicate customer demand and forecasts, working with Business Operations to ensure accurate monthly projections. Map and maintain customer organizational structures, including design, manufacturing, and business strategy alignment. Manage and track opportunities through Salesforce CRM. Conduct regular customer visits and engagements to strengthen and/or build Executive level relationships and identify new opportunities. Support new product development by aligning customer requirements with ST’s power, Silicon Photonics, foundry business and our wide product portfolio. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. Electrical/Electronic degree preferred. Minimum 8 to 12 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development, preferably in semiconductors, power solutions, data center, cloud infrastructure, or electronics. Proven track record of growing strategic accounts and achieving revenue targets. Strong experience in consultative selling, customer relationship management, and opportunity development. Familiarity with hyperscalers, enterprise, and OEM markets. Ability to engage with executives, engineers, operations teams, and business leaders. Experience in design-in / design-win activities and supporting product adoption. Strong analytical skills for forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning. Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and sales reporting tools. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development.
