Sales Executive

Job Summary We are seeking a Sales Executive to drive business growth by identifying potential clients, generating leads, and closing sales for marble polishing services across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. Responsibilities Identify and target potential clients for marble polishing services in residential, commercial, and industrial sectors to expand market reach Generate qualified leads through networking, site visits, and referrals to build a strong sales pipeline Conduct client meetings and site assessments to accurately understand project requirements and tailor solutions Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and service proposals that address client needs and drive conversions Collaborate with the operations team to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds client expectations Negotiate pricing and contracts effectively to close deals and achieve or surpass sales targets Build and maintain long-term relationships with key clients to foster repeat business and referrals Maintain accurate sales records, client communications, and pipeline updates for effective sales tracking Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to inform sales strategies Preferred competencies and qualifications Experience in the construction or renovation industry Prior experience in technical sales or service-based industries Proven track record in B2B and B2C sales Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently Strong organizational skills with a proactive and “work smart” attitude Local market knowledge and an existing client network Commitment to delivering high-quality customer service Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
