Training Provided Completion Bonus Referral Program Job Description: - Supervise the daily activities of the branch to ensure that customer satisfaction and budget objectives are met. - Understands and leads all branch functions; allocates resources appropriately to meet functional and branch goals. - Supervises the day-to-day activities of the branch to ensure optimal efficiency operations of the branch. - Manage a team of therapist by providing guidance in achieving target. - Works closely with management to optimize all aspects of staff performance and development. - Follows operating policies/procedures and ensures employee compliance. - Responsible for achieving branch sales target. - Respond to complaints promptly - taking appropriate courses of action to turn unhappy patrons into return guests. - Any other duties as assigned by the Management. Requirements: - At least 3 to 5 years of relevant working experience. - Strong communication skills and love delivering exceptional customer service. - Results-oriented, focused on customers, and passionate about continuous improvement.
