Sales & Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities Support the Head of Sales & Marketing in daily sales and marketing activities Identify potential customers and projects; proactively develop new business opportunities Conduct client meetings, site visits, and surveys to understand project requirements Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts in line with company pricing policies Follow up on leads, negotiate with clients, and close sales effectively Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Coordinate with Operations and clients on project scope, execution, and issue resolution Support billing processes including tax invoices, progress claims, and account follow-ups Keep the company website and marketing materials updated, support marketing campaigns and initiatives Monitor market trends and identify new opportunities for growth Generate regular sales and performance reports for Management Utilize ERP systems for daily operations and support system improvements Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ISO standards Maintain proper documentation for accounting and ISO audit purposes Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned Requirements Diploma or Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are welcome) Possess own vehicle (required for client visits) Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure Good organizational and multitasking abilities Team player with strong initiative and work ethic Ability to read architectural/structural drawings and/or AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage Candidates are encouraged to apply this position via Apply Now button with the following information in the resume Work experiences and job responsibilities Current and Expected salary Reason for leaving Date of availability Education background We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
