We are anestablished Agrochemical company seeking a dynamic and commercially driven InsideSales Specialist to support business expansion across Asia. · This role focuseson sales and trading activities for manage the regional commercial roadmap forone of three high-value business lines: Specialty Pesticides & Herbicides,Biostimulants, and integrated Crop Nutrition products, ensuring the category deliversits value proposition. · Identifying andqualifying potential new customers through research, cold calling, and emailoutreach · Assist to arrangescheduling weekly sales meetings and demos with qualified leads · Maintaining adetailed pipeline of sales opportunities and tracking progress · Stayingup-to-date with the company's products, services, and industry trends This is anexcellent opportunity for candidates who enjoy regional business development,customer engagement, and growing agrochemical markets within a fast-pacedenvironment. Job Description: · Respond andgenerate quotation in response to existing customers · Response toinquiries and provide solutions to customer needs · Recommendcustomers for new products registrations · Support BD andSales Manager on quotation generations and weekly order updates. · Prepare necessarychecks on stock availability and lead time of items before generating quotation · Process andgenerate Sales contract upon Customers’ confirmation. · Work withprocurement team on alternatives for required stock item that are not available Job Requirements: · Candidate mustpossess at least ITE, diploma or equivalent qualification · 1-3 years of experience in a sales development or insidesales role · 2 years ofexperience in agrochemicals would be an advantage. · Mature andmeticulous individual with attention to details and a logical mindset · Familiar with ERP/ CRM system and MS Office Applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) · On the jobtraining will be provided · Goodinterpersonal and communication skills, high adaptability and positive attitudeare expected · Typically 20% Overseastravel on case-by-case basis.
