As part of our expansion, we are seeking a proactive and committed HR Executive to support our growing workforce and organizational development. [JSJD | Word] Job Responsibilities Manage the full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee records, and offboarding processes. Coordinate recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication. Facilitate new employee orientation and ensure smooth onboarding. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel documentation. Assist in payroll preparation, attendance tracking, leave administration, and claims processing. Support work pass applications, renewals, and employee documentation where required. Ensure compliance with Singapore employment regulations and company HR policies. Coordinate employee training, staff development programs, and performance appraisal exercises. Organize employee engagement activities and company events. Handle employee enquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Assist management with HR reports, manpower planning, and administrative tasks. Support disciplinary procedures and employee relations matters professionally and confidentially. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related disciplines. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Basic knowledge of Singapore Employment Act and HR practices will be an advantage. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, meticulous, and able to handle confidential information. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn. Experience in the construction, engineering, manufacturing, or HVAC industry is an added advantage but not required.
