Sales Coordinator

Sales Coordinator Salary: S$3,000 to S$3,200 per month Location: Singapore Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM About Us We are a rapidly growing engineering and construction support company specializing in ACMV, HVAC, metal ducting fabrication, ventilation systems, fire-rated duct systems, water pump and tank solutions, generators, and other mechanical engineering products and services. Due to our continued expansion, we are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Coordinator to join our team. Job Responsibilities Coordinate and support daily sales operations and activities. Prepare quotations, tenders, sales proposals, invoices, and related documentation. Liaise with customers, suppliers, project teams, and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing. Follow up on customer enquiries and provide timely updates on quotations and orders. Process sales orders and monitor delivery schedules. Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and databases. Assist the Sales Team in preparing presentations and project documentation. Coordinate project schedules and ensure proper documentation filing. Support business development activities and customer relationship management. Perform general administrative duties assigned by management. Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related disciplines. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint). Able to work independently and as part of a team. Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong sense of responsibility. Experience in construction, HVAC, ACMV, metal ducting, or engineering industries will be an advantage but is not required.
