Job Type : Part-Time / Contract (From 03 Aug 2026 to 31 Nov 2028 ) Location : Toa Payoh (Pei Chun Public School) Working Hours : Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays (7:30 AM – 1:30 PM, inclusive of a 30-minute break) Job Description We are seeking a dedicated and competent professional to assist and support the school’s Student Development Team. The appointed individual will work directly under the HOD Student Management to facilitate student engagement, restorative practices, mediation, and parental intervention work for primary school students. Key Responsibilities Student Supervision & Regulation : Manage primary school students serving recess or out-of-classroom suspensions, and provide socio-emotional support during curriculum hours. Mentoring & Intervention : Plan and conduct customized pull-out intervention programmes focusing on social-emotional learning, self-regulation, and conflict resolution. Restorative Practices : Document student management cases (peer conflicts, bullying) and facilitate mediation sessions under school guidance. Skill Development : Equip students with practical executive functioning skills (time management, goal-setting) and positive social-communication habits. Reporting & Collaboration : Submit weekly documentation on student progress to school leaders and team members. Parent Engagement : Build positive relationships between families and the school to strengthen home-school collaboration. Job Requirements Registration : Must be registered with the Ministry of Education (MOE) . Education : Minimum diploma/degree qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Child Development, Youth Work , or a related discipline. Experience : At least 1 year of experience in education, social services, or community service agencies. Experience with primary school children is highly preferred. Certification : Preference given to Certified Practitioners in Restorative Practice / Building Relational Capacity accredited under the Singapore Workforce Skills Qualifications (WSQ) framework.
