Job Details: Employment Type: Full-time / Contract (3 August 2026 to 31 July 2027, with an option to extend for another 12 months) Working Hours: 25 working hours per week. 3 Weekdays: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break) 2 Weekdays: 10:30 AM – 4:30 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break). No service required on designated school holidays, Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Job Responsibilities You will work closely with the school's Counselling and Student Development Team to strengthen student well-being and implement restorative practices through the following pillars: 1. Student Support & Intervention Provide one-to-one counselling and developmental coaching to support students' social, emotional, and mental well-being. Design, implement, and run targeted individual or group intervention programmes for at-risk students or those with additional needs. Focus on key areas including learning motivation, cyber wellness, peer relationships, social skills, and emotional regulation. 2. Staff Engagement & Training Conduct professional learning sharing sessions for teachers on student well-being topics. Support curriculum development and teacher engagement aligned with Character and Citizenship Education (CCE) and Education and Career Guidance (ECG) initiatives. Provide professional case consultations to help teachers manage and support identified students. 3. Stakeholder & Parent Partnerships Provide targeted counselling consultations for parents of high-needs students. Support parent engagement efforts by facilitating parenting talks and parent-child workshops. Liaise and consult with relevant external social service organisations and external agencies. Requirements Qualifications: Minimally possess a Master’s Degree in Counselling or a recognised postgraduate qualification in Counselling .
