Operations Manager (Cleaning Services) Job Description Sunrise Cleaning Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our MCST condominium and commercial office cleaning projects. The successful candidate will lead operations, ensure service excellence, manage client relationships, and drive business performance. Key Responsibilities Manage the daily operations of MCST condominium and commercial office cleaning projects. Plan and coordinate manpower deployment, work schedules, and site coverage. Supervise site supervisors, cleaners, and operations staff to ensure high service standards. Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits. Liaise with MCST councils, managing agents, commercial clients, and other stakeholders. Handle customer enquiries, feedback, and operational issues promptly. Prepare quotations, tenders, service proposals, and project documentation. Monitor project budgets, costs, and profitability. Ensure compliance with NEA regulations, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) requirements, and company SOPs. Recruit, train, coach, and evaluate operational staff. Manage procurement of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and consumables. Prepare operational reports and implement continuous process improvements. Requirements Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business, Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related discipline. Minimum 5 years' experience in cleaning operations or facilities management. Proven experience managing MCST condominium and/or commercial office cleaning projects. Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously. Good knowledge of Singapore's cleaning industry, NEA regulations, and Workplace Safety and Health requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
