Stall Manager (F&B Operations)

About the Role Singa Ocean Pte. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and hands-on Stall Manager to oversee the daily operations of an established food outlet. The successful candidate will lead the outlet team, maintain operational excellence, and ensure high standards of customer service, food quality, and food safety. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily stall operations and ensure smooth workflow Supervise, train, and schedule outlet staff Monitor sales performance and operational KPIs Manage inventory, stock ordering, and minimise wastage Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety, and company SOPs Handle customer feedback and resolve service-related issues professionally Support opening and closing operations Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the stall Prepare operational reports and support continuous process improvements Requirements Diploma or Bachelor's Degree preferred At least 5 years of relevant experience in F&B operations, restaurant, or food outlet management Proven experience supervising frontline staff and managing daily outlet operations Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of food hygiene and operational best practices Working Hours 6-day work week 9:30 AM – 9:30 PM (includes 2-hour break) One rostered rest day per week EA License No.: 23C1703 EA Personnel No.: R1762582 EA Personnel Name: Wong Choo Sian, Jabez
