Purchasing Planning Executive Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Up to $3,500 per month Location: Tuas, Singapore Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Job Overview We are seeking a Purchasing Planning Executive to support purchasing planning and supply chain operations for a well-established multinational organisation. The successful candidate will be responsible for inventory planning, purchase order management, shipment coordination, and maintaining accurate system records to support business operations and customer satisfaction. Hybrid work arrangements may be available after successful completion of the probation period. Key Responsibilities Purchasing Planning & Inventory Management Plan and maintain appropriate inventory levels based on business requirements and demand forecasts. Review and update planning parameters to optimise inventory levels and service performance. Support inventory planning and replenishment activities. Purchase Order & Supply Chain Coordination Process purchase orders and maintain accurate information in the ERP system. Follow up with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials. Coordinate inbound shipments and maintain shipping documentation. Verify invoices and supporting documents for accuracy. Logistics & Stakeholder Coordination Coordinate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, freight forwarders, and logistics partners to ensure smooth supply chain operations. Support cross-border shipment activities and compliance with applicable trade requirements. Process vendor-related claims where required. Master Data & Continuous Improvement Maintain accurate material master data within the ERP system. Support operational improvement initiatives to enhance planning efficiency. Prepare reports and support ad hoc projects assigned by the manager. Requirements Qualifications Certificate, Diploma, or higher qualification in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Logistics, Business, or a related discipline. Experience At least 1 year of relevant experience in purchasing, planning, supply chain, logistics, or related operations. Experience using SAP or other ERP systems will be an advantage. Skills & Competencies Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Knowledge of data analytics tools will be an advantage.
