Billing And Accounts Officer (Airfreight)

Monday - Friday 9 AM - 6 PM Location: Ubi Responsibilities Assist in billing and issuing invoices to cargo and mail customers. Support cost checking of invoices received from airlines, ground handlers, and other service vendors. Address and resolve billing queries from customers and partners. Help prepare Sales Reports. Provide general accounting support as needed. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors. Requirements Minimum 1 year of working experience in a related field. Educational qualification of at least “O” and “N” Levels. Proficient in MS Office and Excel. Meticulous and comfortable working with numbers. Able to work independently with minimal supervision. Candidates who can communicate in both English and Mandarin are preferred (to liaise with key English and Mandarin-speaking associates). Immediate starters will be considered favorably.
