Care Studio & Rehabilitation Manager Salary: $7,000 – $9,000 per month (depending on experiences) Location: Upper Thomson Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm Employment Type: Full-Time Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Care Studio & Rehabilitation Manager to oversee the operations, service quality, and strategic development of rehabilitation and community care programmes. The successful candidate will lead multidisciplinary teams, drive service excellence, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the growth of rehabilitation and care services. Key Responsibilities Operations Management Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Care Studio and Rehabilitation Department. Ensure the delivery of high-quality rehabilitation and community care services. Monitor operational performance, KPIs, budgets, and resource utilisation. Manage client enquiries, feedback, incidents, and service recovery initiatives. Service Development & Quality Improvement Develop and implement rehabilitation and care programmes aligned with organisational objectives. Coordinate, monitor, and improve clinical and service quality indicators. Support innovation and enhancement of care programmes and client experiences. Ensure compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and operational standards. Team Leadership & Capability Development Lead, mentor, and develop the Care Studio and Rehabilitation team. Support recruitment, onboarding, retention, and performance management activities. Identify training and development opportunities to enhance team capabilities. Foster a collaborative and client-centred culture. Business Development & Stakeholder Management Develop partnerships and referral networks to support service growth. Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders. Support initiatives to increase awareness and utilisation of rehabilitation and care services. Governance & Compliance Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and licensing requirements. Maintain adherence to PDPA and organisational policies. Support quality, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Qualifications Degree in Allied Health, Healthcare Management, Rehabilitation, Nursing, or a related discipline. Postgraduate qualifications will be an advantage. Experience Minimum 5 years of experience in community care, rehabilitation, healthcare, or related settings. At least 2 years of supervisory or people management experience. Experience in service operations, programme development, or quality improvement initiatives is preferred. Skills & Competencies Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills. Good understanding of community care, rehabilitation, or aged care services. Excellent communication, coaching, and team development abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience with healthcare systems will be advantageous. Preferred Experience Community care, rehabilitation, nursing home, day care, or home care services. Quality and risk management initiatives. Service setup, expansion, or transformation projects.
