Media Specialist (1 Year Contract)

Key Job Purpose: To support the Customer Care and related teams by producing high-quality multimedia and visual content for internal use. This role focuses mainly on video editing with some basic motion graphics, and graphic design to support training. Job Responsibilities: Edit multimedia content including videos, motion graphics, animations, photos, and visual designs using Adobe Creative Suite tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator). Create and support visual content for training materials, presentations, internal communications, localisation using translation software (English to other regional languages e.g. Thai, Bahasa) and digital platforms while ensuring brand and quality standards are met. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand content requirements, gather feedback, and refine creative outputs accordingly. Manage multimedia assets by organizing, maintaining, and updating content libraries and creative materials. Monitor project progress and timelines, provide regular updates to supervisors, and perform additional duties as assigned. Job Requirements: Diploma in Multimedia, Digital Media, Design, Communications, orequivalent Basic experience in video editing, graphic design, or multimedia production preferred Self-motivated, responsible, work well independently and under tight pressure / timeline Experience in animation is an added advantage Able to take direction and constructive criticism where appropriate Comfortable working with minimum supervision Entry-level candidates (fresh graduates) with relevant skills are welcomed to apply
