Operations Executive

Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end operations for air and ocean freight shipments , including bookings, documentation, coordination with airlines/shipping lines, agents, and transporters. Prepare and process shipping documents such as HBL/MBL, AWB, invoices, packing lists, permits , and ensure compliance with customs and regulatory requirements. Coordinate cargo movements, track shipment status, resolve operational issues, and provide timely updates to customers. Liaise with internal teams, overseas agents, and customers to ensure smooth shipment execution. Support ad-hoc operational and administrative tasks in a fast-growing start-up environment. Requirements: Diploma or relevant qualification in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding. Experience in air and ocean freight operations preferred Familiar with freight documentation, Incoterms, and basic customs procedures. Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently in a dynamic environment.
