Job Description We are seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented and self-motivated HR Analyst to support HR operations and HR analytics in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. This role requires strong analytical capabilities, sound judgement and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality and compliance. Key Responsibilities Analyse HR, workforce and sales data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to support business decisions. Prepare HR dashboards, management reports and analytical reports. Compute, validate and reconcile daily and monthly sales incentives and commission in accordance with approved schemes. Manage high-volume cash transactions, including the preparation, issuance, reconciliation of daily and monthly sales incentive payouts. Verify, validate and maintain the accuracy of HR, payroll and sales incentive data to support payroll processing, reporting and audit compliance. Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding and employee lifecycle administration. Prepare recruitment advertisements, employee communication materials and videos using Canva or similar design tools to support recruitment and employer branding initiatives. Manage recruitment campaigns through social media platforms and online recruitment channels to support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives. Conduct new hire orientation, onboarding presentations and HR briefings. Support payroll administration, attendance verification, staff claims processing and approval, and HR records management. Drive HR process improvements, workflow automation and digitalisation initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support HR and business operations while managing multiple priorities. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Science or a related discipline. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficient in Microsoft Excel; knowledge of Power BI, HRIS, or social media platforms will be an advantage. Ability to create recruitment advertisements, communication materials and basic videos using Canva or similar design tools will be an advantage. Strong communication, presentation and facilitation skills, with the ability to confidently deliver onboarding sessions, orientations and employee briefings to large groups of employees. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities. High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information.
