Infra Security Support Engineer (Contract)

Job Overview: We are seeking an Infrastructure Support Security Engineer to support the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and security of IT infrastructure. You will assist in system monitoring, troubleshooting, cybersecurity operations, and infrastructure enhancements to ensure a secure and reliable IT environment. Job Responsibilities: Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure and systems. Perform routine system checks, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Support server, network, and cybersecurity operations. Respond to and escalate infrastructure and security incidents where required. Assist with system upgrades, deployments, and performance optimisation. Maintain technical documentation and incident records. Support vulnerability assessments and cybersecurity compliance activities. Provide technical support to users and internal stakeholders. Participate in an on-call standby roster, including after office hours, weekends, and public holidays when required. Job Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. At least 2–3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support. Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, VMware or Hyper-V, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and networking. Familiarity with cybersecurity monitoring, vulnerability management, and system security. Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Willing to participate in an on-call standby roster.
