Customer Service Officer

Work Details Hours: 5 days, 8:00am - 5:30pm Location: West Salary: Up to 2500 + OT Payable Benefits: AWS + PB Key Responsibilities Answer customer enquiries through phone, email, or WhatsApp. Update customers on delivery or shipment status. Prepare delivery orders, invoices, and other warehouse documents. Perform data entry and update records accurately. Check and process customer orders in the system. Work with the warehouse team to ensure orders are prepared on time. Handle returns and report any order issues. File and organise documents properly.
