About the Role We're looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team. Whether you have recruitment experience or come from a background in sales, business development, or another customer-facing role, you'll have the opportunity to build your own portfolio of clients and candidates while earning attractive commissions. If you enjoy speaking to people, building relationships, and working towards goals, we'd love to hear from you. No prior recruitment experience is required. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided. Responsibilities Source and interview candidates for permanent positions across various industries. Build and maintain relationships with clients and job seekers. Understand clients' hiring needs and recommend suitable candidates. Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer management. Conduct reference checks and salary negotiations. Prepare candidate profiles and coordinate interviews. Develop new business opportunities through business development and networking. Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database. Requirements Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Self-driven with a results-oriented mindset. Comfortable speaking with clients and candidates over the phone.
