Accounts Payable Executive Basic up to SGD 3,600 Fixed Allowance (up to SGD 425) Monday to Friday. Office Location: West (10 minutes from MRT station) As an Accounts Payable Executive, What You Will Be Doing: Ensure accurate posting, in compliance with Company's policies ERP module. Compile the relevant business documentation used in banking processes. Monitor GRIR and timely payment processing. Communicate with internal stakeholder on collection / payment queries. Prepare balance sheet and follow up on outstanding tasks. Proactive in participating digitalization, projects and system enhancements. Key Success For This Role: At least Diploma in Accounting, with 3 years working experience in Accounts Payable functions. Proficient in SAP HANA. Good to have Power BI or any other automation tools.
