Cloud Support Engineer

Cloud Support Engineer (L2/3) Basic Range up to SGD 7,000 / monthly. Remote Working. Regional work exposure and opportunities. Responsibilities: Managing L2 and L3 cloud support cases. Conduct troubleshoot backup, restore, migration, and disaster recovery in Kubernetes environments. Identify the failures related to storage targets, cloud integrations, and Kubernetes resources. Review logs components and Kubernetes clusters. Prepare regional backup and migration. Assist with customers' backup and recovery. Requirements Experienced technical support role, ideally at L2 or/and L3 Experienced with Kubernetes. Experienced with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Experienced with Linux environment. Experienced with CI/CD environment Familiar with backup, restore, disaster recovery or data protection products. Database management experience such as MongoDB.
