Lawyer, Financial Services Regulatory

Our client, a Top Tier law firm is seeking to recruit a lawyer for their growing Financial Services regulatory team. Responsibilities: Advise clients on a range of regulatory matters across a wide array of leading international and local institutions Draft, review and prepare transactional documentation and provides sound advice on the financial services laws and regulations Involved in advising clients on the licensing of business requirements and the financial regulatory aspects of mergers Staying upkeep on the latest regulatory developments, including emerging trends within MAS regulations and regulatory changes affecting the financial services industry Requirements: Qualified lawyer with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of PQE Experienced in corporate or financial services regulatory law Experience in licensing and conduct of business requirements, the financial regulatory aspects of mergers and acquisitions is of an advantage Strong understanding of the regulatory landscape in Singapore, and preferably with exposure to both local and global financial regulations Excellent communication skills, with some knowledge in the financial services regulatory field
