Talent Acquisition Specialist Salary: $3000 - $4000 Location: Tuas (Company transport at Jurong East MRT) Working Hours Mon–Fri: 8.30am – 5.30pm Sat: 8.30am – 12.30pm (WFH, standby only) Benefits: AWS & Performance Bonus & AL 14 days Key Responsibilities Manage full recruitment cycle from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Source suitable candidates through various recruitment channels. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers. Support manpower planning and recruitment activities. Maintain a good candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs. Perform other ad hoc HR duties assigned. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience in Talent Acquisition, recruitment, or HR administration. Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes. Knowledge of Singapore employment laws and statutory requirements. Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
