QC Supervisor Up To $4500 (5 Days) Tuas

QC Supervisor Salary: SGD 3,500 – 4,500 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 6:00pm Work Location: Tuas (Company transport provided from Jurong & Boon Lay) Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and maintain Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), SOPs, and project quality standards. Ensure compliance with company Quality Management System (QMS) and relevant industry standards. Manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCR) and implement corrective and preventive actions. Investigate root causes of defects in mechanical parts and assemblies and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure quality requirements are met. Ensure quality standards for raw materials, parts, and fabrication processes. Lead, train, and supervise QA/QC Engineers, Inspectors, and production staff. Support internal audits and quality system reviews. Requirements Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in a mechanical manufacturing, fabrication, or engineering environment. At least 3 years of supervisory or managerial experience. Strong knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, fabrication processes, inspection methods, and QMS. Experience with ISO standards, NCR management, and audit processes. Six Sigma or ISO Lead Auditor certification is an advantage. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
