Warehouse Admin Salary: $2,300 – $3,000 Working Hours: 830am - 530pm (Mon to Fri), 830am - 1230pm (Sat) Location: Changi Job Responsibilities Monitor and update inventory records using Warehouse Management System (WMS). Perform stock checks and investigate inventory discrepancies. Coordinate stock movements and ensure proper documentation. Perform data entry and prepare inventory reports. Track shipments and update customers on delivery status. Handle enquiries and resolve issues related to deliveries, stock discrepancies, or damaged goods. Support daily warehouse operations and administrative tasks. Requirements No experience required; training will be provided. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word). Good communication and problem-solving skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
