5 Days Operations Executive (Transport) Up To $3800

Operations Executive (Transport) Salary: $3,200 – $3,800 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5:30pm Location: Jurong East Job Responsibilities Plan and coordinate daily delivery schedules to meet customer requirements. Assign and deploy drivers and vehicles efficiently. Monitor delivery progress and vehicle movements using GPS tracking systems. Liaise with customers, warehouse teams, plant operators, and shipping agents on delivery arrangements. Handle operational issues and urgent delivery requests. Monitor vessel movements through Portnet and Jurong Port systems. Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics activities. Prepare and verify transport, shipping, and delivery documents. Process Proof of Delivery (POD) and maintain accurate records. Manage driver scheduling, deployment, and trip reconciliation. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, customer requirements, and company procedures. Participate in rotational standby duties when required. Requirements Diploma or equivalent qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Transportation, or related fields. Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics, transport operations, delivery scheduling, or fleet coordination. Good understanding of transport and logistics operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills. Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience with Portnet, Jurong Port systems, GPS tracking, or transport management systems will be an advantage. Willing to participate in rotational standby duties.
