About this role

Key Responsibilities Proactively source and pursue new business leads through industry connections, research, and targeted outreach efforts. Strengthen and expand existing client accounts to drive long-term partnerships and recurring revenue. Develop and present customised proposals, pricing, and solutions based on client requirements. Work closely with cross-functional teams (technical, operations, and support) to ensure smooth project execution and client satisfaction. Handle commercial discussions, including pricing and contract negotiations, in line with internal guidelines. Monitor industry developments, competitor movements, and sales performance, providing regular insights and reports. Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and client engagements to enhance brand presence. Support the planning of business strategies, including market positioning and pricing approaches. Consistently achieve or surpass assigned sales targets and revenue goals. Ideal Candidate Profile Core Competencies Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Capable of building trust and maintaining lasting business relationships. Driven, proactive, and able to perform both independently and within a team environment. Qualifications & Experience Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. At least 5 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or account management, ideally within marine or offshore sectors. Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets. Understanding of global markets and cross-cultural business practices. Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel. Open to travelling regionally and internationally when required.
