Sales Coordinator (Marine)

Roles & Responsibilities: Manage customers’ inquiries and provide after sales assistance Prepare quotations, delivery orders, purchase orders and invoicing etc. Liaise with suppliers, manage price negotiations, delivery etc. Manage stock inventory and logistics for local and overseas stock point. Attend team meeting and share best practices with colleagues. Good multi-tasking ability & able to work under minimal supervision. Able to manage work in a dynamic work environment with good attention to details. A strong team player with excellent communication & project management skills Qualifications: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, or a related field. Minimum 1 to 2 years working experience and knowledge of maritime industry and logistics will be an added advantage.
