Lead Process Engineer (Full Product Lifecycle)

Responsibilities: Own and enhance manufacturing processes from NPI to EOL. Lead, coach, and grow a team of Process Engineers. Improve process stability, yield, quality, and cost efficiency. Serve as the go-to technical expert for sustaining engineering and CI initiatives. Maintain active shop-floor involvement and drive data-based problem solving. Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, Assembly, Equipment Engineering, and NPI teams. Support automation, lean manufacturing, and tech adoption efforts. Uphold safety, regulatory, and GMP standards. Requirements: Bachelor's in Mechanical, Electronics or Systems Engineering 6–8 years of hands-on engineering experience in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing. 2–4 years in a supervisory or technical lead role. Proven experience in sustaining engineering and full product lifecycle support. Familiarity with SAP, Teamcenter, MATLAB, LabVIEW, or SPC tools is a plus. Knowledge of automation, lean methods, and continuous improvement.
