What You'll Do Provide regional sales support to distributors, customers, and the sales team across multiple countries. Prepare quotations, manage pricing, and coordinate order processing. Work closely with Product Management, Engineering, Logistics, and Customer Service to ensure seamless project execution. Support sales forecasting, reporting, and pipeline management. Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, and regional marketing initiatives. Respond to customer enquiries and provide timely commercial support. Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency. Assist in resolving customer issues and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Support regional business development initiatives and strategic sales activities. What We're Looking For Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline. 3–8 years of experience in Sales Support, Inside Sales, Customer Service, Sales Operations, or Commercial Support within the industrial automation or engineering sector.
