Product Specialist (Analytical Instruments)

What You'll Be Doing Provide technical and product support for scientific and laboratory equipment within the Physical Science portfolio. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training sessions for customers. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions to meet their research, testing, and analytical needs. Support the sales team in developing business opportunities and achieving sales objectives. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including research institutes, universities, government agencies, and industrial laboratories. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities. Work closely with principals and internal teams to ensure excellent customer experience and project execution. What We're Looking For Bachelor's Degree in Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science, Engineering, or other related Physical Science disciplines. Strong interest in scientific instrumentation and laboratory technologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Customer-oriented with a passion for problem-solving. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. Prior experience in scientific sales, application support, laboratory operations, or technical support will be an added advantage.
