Strategic Program Manager (Precision / Semicon Manufacturing)

Responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to manage communication and project updates. Lead and manage end-to-end manufacturing projects from planning to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, budget, and quality requirements. Develop project plans, schedules, resource allocation, and execution strategies to achieve project objectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams, including engineering, production, and technical teams, to ensure effective project execution. Identify project risks, implement mitigation plans, and resolve issues to ensure successful project delivery. Monitor project budgets, costs, progress, and performance while providing regular reports to management. Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle. Requirements Diploma or Degree in any discipline. Minimum 5 years of project management experience within the manufacturing industry. Strong knowledge and industry network in semiconductor, life sciences, or medical-related industries will be advantageous. Strong project planning, problem-solving, and decision-making skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
