[Urgent] Payroll Executive

Responsibilities: Process monthly payroll accurately and on time. Maintain employee payroll records and ensure data accuracy. Calculate salaries, overtime, allowances, deductions, and statutory contributions. Prepare and submit CPF, IRAS, and other statutory payroll requirements. Handle payroll-related enquiries from employees. Coordinate with HR on employee onboarding, offboarding, and payroll updates. Prepare payroll reports and support payroll audits when required. Ensure compliance with company policies and Singapore employment regulations. Ad hoc duties as assigned. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Minimum 1 - 3 years of payroll processing experience. Candidate with experience in using Sage EasyPay software will be an added advantage. Good knowledge of Singapore payroll legislation, CPF, IRAS, and statutory requirements.
