Perform machine adjustments and troubleshooting to ensure optimal production performance. Conduct preventive maintenance and basic repairs on spring manufacturing equipment. Interpret engineering drawings, technical specifications, and work instructions. Monitor production quality and perform dimensional inspections using precision measuring instruments. Assist in new product setup, machine trials, and process improvements. Ensure products meet quality standards and customer specifications. Maintain proper machine documentation and production records. Follow workplace safety procedures and maintain good housekeeping practices. 🛠 Equipment Exposure Experience with one or more of the following will be an advantage: CNC Spring Coiling Machines Wire Forming Machines Compression Spring Machines Torsion Spring Machines Extension Spring Machines Multi-axis CNC Forming Machines Automatic Spring Grinding Machines Heat Treatment Furnaces Shot Peening Machines Wire Straightening Equipment Laser Measurement Systems Digital Micrometers Vernier Calipers Height Gauges Profile Projectors Optical Measuring Equipment ✅ Requirements NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma or equivalent in:Mechanical EngineeringMechatronics EngineeringPrecision EngineeringManufacturing EngineeringIndustrial EngineeringOr related disciplines Experience operating or maintaining spring manufacturing or CNC machinery. Knowledge of machine setup, troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance. Able to read engineering drawings and use precision measuring instruments.
