Service Coordinator (West)

Job Responsibilities Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing accurate information on products and services. Generate sales opportunities by following up on customer enquiries and service requests. Resolve customer issues and complaints while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Plan and coordinate manpower allocation to ensure timely completion of service jobs. Liaise closely with Service Engineers and manage purchasing-related matters to support service operations. Job Requirements Min Diploma in Business, Engineering, or its equivalent. Experience in customer service, service coordination, or a related role. Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks. Customer-oriented, well-organized, and able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
