Business Development Manager (Interior Design / Commercial)

Responsibilities Proactively hunt for new business in the interior design and fit-out sector. Generate leads via cold calls, networking, site visits and client meetings. Assess client needs (scope, budget, timeline) and coordinate internal teams on proposals. Drive lead follow-up, negotiation and deal closure. Strengthen relationships with clients, consultants, contractors and developers. Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales pipeline updates. Participate in industry events and networking activities. Supply market insights, competitor intelligence, and new opportunity leads. Requirements Minimum 1 year in sales/BD, ideally in interior design, fit-out, construction or renovation. Proven hunter mentality with independent lead-generation skills. Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities. Comfortable with cold outreach and in-person client interactions. Self-driven, goal-oriented and able to work with little supervision. Basic knowledge of fit-out workflows is a plus. Proficient in MS Office.
