Project Executive (Interior Fit Out / Commercial)

Responsibilities: Manage assigned projects to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and alignment with specifications and client expectations. Prepare and manage project schedules and deadlines. Manage client expectations during project transitions. Conduct project meetings for issue resolution and updates as needed. Source subcontractors, suppliers, and production materials when necessary. Oversee subcontractors and suppliers to meet quality, cost, and delivery targets. Facilitate change requests, ensuring all parties are informed of impacts on schedule and budget. Oversee onsite setup to ensure quality, safety, and timely completion; apply Permit to Work with supporting WSH documentation and handle project administration as required. Requirements: Experience managing interior fit-out projects in commercial office design and build. Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Dynamic and comfortable in fast-paced environments. Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously (depending on project scale). Proficient in Microsoft Project, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel.
