Quantity Surveyor (Construction Industry)

Job Description: Project Cost Control & Claims: Monitor project expenditures and prepare submissions for progress payments and variation claims to reflect project milestones and any changes in scope. Procurement & Subcontractor Oversight: Source and appoint contractors and suppliers, and evaluate subcontractors’ payment applications to ensure they align with contractual requirements. Contract Administration & Final Accounts: Examine contracts for potential issues, compile final accounts, and manage subcontract agreements along with related documentation and communication. Claims & Delay Support: Assist supervisors in compiling claims for extensions of time, cost variations, and delays, ensuring all supporting records are complete and accurate. Reporting & Coordination: Utilize internal platforms such as OA and SAP to track project progress, and participate in meetings to share updates and provide necessary support. Additional Responsibilities: Carry out any other tasks assigned as required. Requirements: Degree in Quantity Survey or any related fields. Minimum 4 years of Quantity Survey experience.
