Technical Support Engineer (Healthcare / Microscopy)

Responsibilities: Support sales with equipment installation, system setup, demos, and user training (hardware/software). Provide after-sales and technical support in Singapore and select ASEAN countries. Apply technical expertise to troubleshoot and tailor solutions for customer research and operational needs. Assist in product launches, workshops, seminars, and marketing events, including preparing demo materials. Handle biological samples for demos, evaluations, and training. Work closely with sales, service, and regional teams to ensure satisfaction and project success. Maintain documentation, training logs, and feedback for continuous improvement. Requirements: Degree in Science or Engineering (e.g., Life Sciences, Biotech, Biomedical, Physics, Optics, or related). Strong technical aptitude, must master complex optical microscopy systems (imaging principles, alignment, fluorescence/laser concepts, advanced troubleshooting). Ready for a steep learning curve and committed to ongoing self-directed learning. Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team. Organised, self-motivated, reliable, resourceful, and a strong problem-solver. Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage customers and internal stakeholders.
