Urgent: Engineering Manager (Cmp Process)

Responsibilities: Manage and continuously improve manufacturing processes, ensuring optimal performance, quality, and productivity Identify and resolve process bottlenecks and inefficiencies through data analysis and process optimisation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and training materials Monitor and report on key process metrics, using data to drive decision-making Lead and mentor a team of process technicians and engineers Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and safety standards Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Process/Manufacturing Technology, or a related field 8+ years of experience in a process engineering or process management role, preferably in a manufacturing environment Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives and implementing lean manufacturing principles Strong technical understanding of manufacturing processes, equipment, and automation systems Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels Proficient in data analysis, process mapping, and root cause analysis techniques Interested candidates who wish to apply for the advertised position, please click on the APPLY button below to send in your resume or send to engg1@talenttradersg.com EA License No: 13C6305 Reg.
