Urgent: Technical Sales Manager, Specification (Construction Materials)

Responsibilities Develop relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and relevant authorities to secure product specifications for construction projects. Monitor project pipelines and follow up on specifications to support successful project conversion and business growth. Prepare and maintain reports on project status, market developments, customer activities, and new business opportunities. Support marketing and sales initiatives through seminars, exhibitions, trade events, and branding activities. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, expansion opportunities, and competitive insights. Collaborate with R&D teams to provide market feedback, support product development, and contribute to pricing strategies. Achieve specification targets while providing technical presentations and product recommendations to customers and stakeholders. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, Building, Architecture, Construction, or related disciplines. Relevant experience in specification management, technical sales, or product specification within the construction industry. Good understanding of construction practices, building regulations, and design compliance requirements within Southeast Asia. Strong network with architects, consultants, developers, or construction industry stakeholders will be advantageous. Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and travel when required.
