What You'll Be Doing Promote and provide technical support for wastewater treatment equipment and solutions. Understand customers' process requirements and recommend suitable products and system solutions. Prepare technical proposals, quotations, and tender documents. Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical seminars for customers. Liaise closely with Engineering, Project, Service, and Operations teams to ensure successful project execution. Provide product training and after-sales technical support to customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, contractors, end-users, and distributors. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities. Support product launches and marketing initiatives. Attend customer meetings and conduct site visits when required. What We're Looking For Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Experience in wastewater treatment, water treatment, process engineering, environmental engineering, or industrial equipment . Knowledge of wastewater treatment processes such as:Biological TreatmentMembrane Filtration (UF/RO)ClarificationSludge DewateringChemical DosingFiltration SystemsPumps, Valves, and Instrumentation Experience in technical sales, product management, or application engineering is an advantage. Strong communication, presentation, and customer relationship management skills. Self-motivated with excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities. Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.
