Urgent Hiring: Market Development & Specification Manager

Responsibilities: Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, developers, contractors, and relevant authorities to secure product specifications and approvals during project planning and design stages. Monitor project pipelines and follow up to convert specifications into awarded projects. Support branding and business development initiatives through seminars, exhibitions, advertising, and other marketing activities. Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities and develop market expansion strategies. Collaborate with the R&D team by providing market insights, customer feedback, and industry trends to support product development and pricing strategies. Analyze competitors' products, market share, strengths, and weaknesses to formulate effective competitive strategies. Prepare regular reports on project progress, market activities, and business opportunities. Requirements: Diploma or Degree in Structural, Civil, Building, Construction, Architecture, or a related Engineering discipline. Experience in specification sales or product specification within the construction industry. Good knowledge of construction practices, building codes, and design compliance across Southeast Asia. Strong network with architects, consultants, developers, and industry stakeholders. Excellent presentation, communication, and relationship management skills. Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently as well as within a team. Willing to travel for business purposes.
