Join our team as a Section Manager and play a key role in delivering large-scale transportation infrastructure that shapes Singapore's future. 📍 Position Section Manager – LTA Construction Project 📍 Location: Singapore 💰 Salary: Competitive (Commensurate with experience) Key Responsibilities Lead and oversee the execution of assigned sections within LTA construction projects. Manage daily site operations to ensure work progresses according to project schedules and quality standards. Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Consultants, LTA representatives, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders. Monitor project progress, resolve site issues, and implement corrective actions where necessary. Ensure compliance with LTA specifications , contract requirements, and statutory regulations. Plan manpower, equipment, and material resources to achieve project milestones efficiently. Conduct regular site inspections and ensure works comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards. Review construction drawings, technical specifications, and method statements. Lead project meetings and provide regular progress updates to management and clients. Manage subcontractor performance, work quality, and productivity. Ensure all site documentation, reports, inspections, and records are properly maintained. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project performance and operational efficiency. Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering , Construction Management, or a related discipline. Minimum 8–10 years of construction experience , with at least 5 years managing LTA infrastructure projects . Strong knowledge of LTA regulations , construction methodologies, and project management practices. Experience in MRT, roadworks, viaducts, tunnels, bridges, or major civil engineering projects is highly preferred. Proven leadership experience managing engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors. Strong understanding of project scheduling, cost control, risk management, and contract administration. Familiarity with BCA , Workplace Safety & Health (WSH), and MOM regulations.
